Snappy Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

PetalPro Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Snappy: Product Photos. This policy explains how Snappy handles information when you use the iOS app, Android app, or web app.

Information we process

How we use information

We use this information to create and deliver your images, operate credits and purchases, restore interrupted jobs, prevent basic promotional abuse, provide support, measure product reliability and advertising results, improve Snappy, enforce our terms, and protect the service.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers that support functions such as hosting, authentication, data storage, image processing, communications, payments, customer support, security, and performance measurement. They process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Source photos and generated image files are automatically deleted within seven days. In the mobile app, eligible creations made under the persistent anonymous app session may appear in History on that installation until their seven-day deletion date. Anonymous web creations are not added to History. Anonymous history may become inaccessible if you clear app or browser data, sign in without completing the account connection, or change devices. Creations made while signed in appear in History until their seven-day deletion date. Credit balances, purchase state, and feedback remain while the related account is active. After account deletion, identifying references are removed where appropriate, while limited de-identified operational information may be retained to understand performance and prevent fraud. Billing records may be retained as required for accounting, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You choose whether to grant camera or photo access and whether to sign in. Anonymous app or browser state cannot generally be recovered after it is cleared. You can delete Snappy account data from Settings. You can also request account and data deletion on the web. Signing out does not cancel a subscription or delete signed-in History. Subscriptions can be managed through the applicable app-store account or the subscription-management link in Snappy Settings.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network connections and private image storage, but no system is completely secure. Snappy is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
