Delete your Snappy account and data

You can delete your account immediately in the Snappy app by opening Settings and choosing Delete Data.

If you cannot access the app, send an account-deletion request. Include the email or app-store purchase account associated with Snappy so we can locate the correct account. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Snappy account, source and generated images, credit balance, feedback linked to you, and the identifying link to your purchase state. Limited de-identified operational and billing records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Deleting Snappy data does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active mobile subscription through the applicable store’s subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
